The lot for this ski cabin was highly compromised. After adding all of the required setbacks we were left with a triangular footprint of approximately 400 sf. By bringing the entrance to the short end, we could free up the wider end for the living spaces. A galley kitchen provides a compact and efficient cooking solution. a wonderful open tread stair helps keep the space airy.
