A HOUSE IN THE PARK is designed to take advantage of the steep slope and to deal with a restrictive height limit. The desire for a modern contemporary home led to a low slope metal roof, stucco siding with accents of wood. Timber posts and beams emphasize the Northwest feel. The main level has all of the spaces needed for one floor living. The lower level is for guests and entertaining. A folding door system allows inside outside living.
